Question 3 of 5
When was the last time Mara made you feel genuinely heard?
Last Tuesday she stopped the standup and asked me what I'd actually want, not what the team wanted. I didn't expect it.

Everyone lies.

To protect themselves. To avoid hurting others. To smooth over a meeting. To not make things worse.

But what does a lie actually cost?

Franko asks the questions you can't, and listens better than you would.

Franko finds the right questions, asks them the right way, and protects both the asker and the respondent. Our AI reads the answers and turns them into detailed reports. You hear what people actually think, without anyone losing face.

Try Franko

People hate filling out surveys. They love talking to AI.

Franko turns questionnaires into real conversations that encourage fearless answers and give control back to the respondent.

Why should you use Franko?

Yourself

Find out what people really think of you.

Sign up and let Franko interview you. The better it knows you, the better the conversation it has with the people around you.

Then watch your profile build itself from their answers. The only profile drawn from your story, but written by your network.

Your survey
Say the truth about Mara
1 Is there something they are much better at than they think?
2 Have you heard someone speak badly about them and stayed quiet?
3 In your view, who are they when nobody is watching?
4 Is there something everyone accepts about them that bothers you?
5 Have they surprised you with a vulnerability you didn't expect?

What they told you,
and meant it
You make hard conversations feel ordinary. Not easier, just less rare.
You notice when someone goes quiet, and you actually come back to them.
You hand out the credit and keep the blame. People clock that, even the ones who never say so.
Your relational skills
How much the people around you recognise each one.

It wakes up everything around it, and people ask for it by name. But on the wrong dish, or too much of it, and it is all anyone can taste. The skill was never the heat. It is reading the dish.
Your key tensions
You push everyone to be honest
vs
You rarely ask for the same back.
Your restlessness moves things forward

It leaves slower people a step behind.
You are patient with everyone

Except yourself.
You say the hard thing

Where you can grow
01

Slow the delivery

Your read on people is fast. Theirs is slower. Give them the beat they need to catch up, or the truth lands as a hit instead of a help.

02

Ask for yours

You make room for everyone else to be honest. People have noticed you never take that room. Say what you need out loud, for once.

03

Stop editing your wins

You downplay what you pulled off. Nobody around you buys the modesty, and it makes them work to convince you of the obvious.

Your action plan
01

Name your ask first

At the start of a hard talk, say what you want out of it in one line. Do not make people guess your way to it.

Radical candor. Scott.
02

Leave a beat

After you say the hard thing, count to three before you fill the silence. Let it land on its own.

Tactical silence. Voss.
03

Bank your wins

Each week, write down three things you actually pulled off. Read them back on the days you start shrinking.

Thought records. CBT.
04

Ask for one thing

Once a week, ask for something you need instead of giving. Practice taking the room you give everyone else.

Assertive requests. Smith.

Anyone can introduce themselves with their own words. But can you introduce yourself with other people's words?

There is no better business card than a profile built by the people who have actually dealt with you.

Testimonials

“Franko is incredibly useful for gathering honest team feedback. The anonymity is 100% real, so people feel free to speak their minds without filters. What impressed me most is how it extracts actionable topics that need attention, no empty phrases, just clear, immediately usable insights. The chatbot experience feels natural, like talking to a real colleague, not software. A product that truly improves communication and team climate. Plus, the Franko team is incredibly responsive: they listen, respond, and develop new features at impressive speed.”

Frequently honest questions

The bits people actually worry about.

How does anonymity work?
Answers are anonymous: the person who created the survey doesn't know who answered. Respondents sign in only so each person answers once. The report shows what the group said, grouped into points, each with a meter for how widely it's shared. Franko reads people's own words to write it, so the nuance survives.
Who sees what?
The asker sees the report: themes, filterable cuts, and the points people made, with how widely each one is shared. Respondents only ever see their own answers.
How does Franko get people to be honest?
A few things. The AI asks calmer, more specific questions than a person usually would. You can answer out loud, with live transcription, so it feels like talking instead of filling in a form. And because you're talking to an AI, not a person, there's no one to impress and no one to disappoint.
What happens to the data?
Your data is stored in the EU. To run interviews and reports it passes through the AI and voice providers listed in our privacy policy, some of them in the US, and we never train models on your conversations. Conversations are kept until the creator deletes the survey. Closing a survey doesn't delete anything. The creator can delete a survey and all its answers at any time.
How are reports generated?
Franko reads every interview, pulls out the points people made, and groups them into themes. Each point shows how widely it is shared, so you get a clear read on what people actually think, and where they agree or pull apart.
Can I see who answered, even in aggregate?
No. Answers are anonymous: the person who created the survey doesn't know who answered. That's the whole point: people tell the truth because their name isn't attached to it.
What about sensitive or personal topics?
Franko stays on topic. If someone brings up something deeply private, like health, relationships, or personal struggles, the AI won't dig into it. It acknowledges them and steers the conversation back to the subject at hand.

Still nervous about something? Write to us. A person answers.

We built Franko because we kept lying.

Not big lies. The small ones: the smoothing-over, the "it's fine", the meeting where nobody says the thing everyone is thinking. Franko is the tool we wished existed: an interviewer that does the hard part of asking, so the easy part, answering honestly, gets a chance.

We're an Italian team spread between Berlin 🇩🇪 and Padua 🇮🇹. We hold a high bar for privacy, a low bar for jargon, and the belief that sincerity is a craft, not a feeling.

Most products try to make people look good. We wanted one that helps people be honest.
